Location just on Istiklal street. Very nice and good persons from reception to breakfast and customer care. Very good breakfast. I didn’t liked that you can’t open the window ( our room with front view at 6th floor ).

We were a group of 9 people divided over 5 rooms. This was an amazing experience made even better by the staff at the hotel. They made us feel at home. They were helpful, friendly, warm, and very welcoming. This is not our first time at Richmond Istanbul and it definitely won't be our last. Thank you for the management of the hotel.

Very good location and staff. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Although we were facing a busy street we did not hear any noise. The highlight was that the breakfast was excellent. Many varieties of food with good quality and good service. I would rate it close to a five star.

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best. The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps. The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband birthday was in Istanbul and this hotel went above and beyond for our stay. I would definitely visit and stay at this same hotel!! Thank you to all of the staff we appreciate you all:)

loved everything about the hotel - the service, the accessibility, the cleanliness and the ease of check-in and check-out.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by the sweetest female concierge. I'm so sorry I forgot her name. However, if for some reason she's not around, everyone was super pleasant, gave great recommendations and were always available for any questions we had. Rooms were very clean and pretty spacious. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the morning had alot of options as well. Overall, we would definitely return!

Very nice hotel. Got the Pera suite which offers a great view of Istanbul. The hotel is located on a busy street so there’s access to many shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and proactive. I would definitely stay here again.
