Staff were very helpful and polite. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Coffee/tea/glasses etc could have been better but in general we would recommend the hotel

The hotel was perfectly sited for exploring Arras, and parking was good. Our room was a little dated but functional. The disappointment was the food, not what we expected from a 4* hotel calling itself gourmet. I had the fixed-price menu. The meat was good, but the same salad appeared on both courses, rather than other vegetables. From the a la carte, the starter scallops were fine themselves, but floating in an unidentifiable watery liquid. The veal course - the veal had obviously been cooked much earlier, then sliced up and reheated. Altogether a disappointing meal, not worth the money. Fortunately the wine was good!

Lovely place to stay! Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Parking is reasonably priced and secure. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Will most likely return next year :)

Good base to explore Arras. Central location and easy to get to by car.

The welcome wasn’t. Apparently we needed to pre-book parking and we hadn’t. I asked if we could access the car park to drop off our baggage. The woman was reluctant telling us we can’t book in until 16h. She finally allowed us. Not the best start especially as there were 2 empty spaces first night and 6 second night

A very attractive hotel. A couple of minor issues but quickly resolved by the very helpful ladies on reception.

Everything went well, staff welcoming…. Bar too expensive to use - hence mostly empty. Breakfast good. Bedrooms fine but a bit cold, no individual heating…

Nice central hotel, car park was good and ev charging available, a bit of a hike up the stairs as lift only went to 1st floor where our room was on the 2nd floor .

Old hotel that requires an update, plugs didn’t work in the room, and the hallways are like a maze, no parking available and had to mark a mile away. Beds were small and uncomfortable, the bathroom was the only positive as it had actually been updated

Fantastic place from which to visit Arras' sights and restaurants. Only complaint was shower/bath spilled water onto slippy floor and bar in evening was a bit limp. Gr8 breakfast.

The property is older and well worn but my room was ok clean. Not sparkling. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were good. Very important if you are driving: make a parking spot reservation. You need it.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to main square. Prebookable onsite parking for €10 per night.

Great location for the centre of Arras’s, however hotel is looking tired and in need of some TLC. Staff generally very helpful. More 3 star than 4 star experience.

Easy walk to the center of Arras. But it is quiet and will be able to give you a good night rest. Very clean and spacious too.

Great position in the middle of Arras, 2mins walk to the Grand Place. Comfortable bed & bedroom, spotless bathroom. All staff were efficient & welcoming. Secure parking on-site, for a reasonable fee, but this must be booked in advance as there are not many spaces. Recommend for a visit to Arras - a pretty place with lots of restaurants & bars and an interesting history. Thank you!

Room was very dated, leopard print curtains and lamps is a bit bold compared to what has been shown in photos! The room was very tired and bathroom in major need of revamp. The bed was very comfortable though. Suituated very well though, did get a space in the carpark but prebooked this. Very quiet at night though did need the fan which was provided as the room was very hot.
