No airco

The area was very poor and looked rundown and unsafe. The rooms were tiny with little room to maneuver. Shower and bathroom was tiny. Overall not recommended for the price we had to pay.

Nice clean hotel in a quite area.

Bathroom air conditioner was extremely loud. Everything else was extremely great? 👍

Very helpful front desk assistance. Parking is a little expensive at 14 EUR but worth the convenience. Great location near the airport with grocery stores and restaurant just around the corner.

its good for the airport, its clean and rooms are big - breakfast is poor, local areas has some restaurants but most only take cash

Loved this hotel. Located very close to the airport. The reception was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The area the hotel is located in was very quiet and conveniently next to small eateries and Aldi, a supermarket where you can pick up water and snacks if needed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Close to a bus that will take you to the nearest train station (8 min away) that will get you into central Berlin. Overall, would highly recommend.

Overall it was a very good hotel. We booked it to come early in the morning fast to the airport. For this it was very good and the hotel is nice and clean.

Room was clean and rooftop patio nice, but they made me pay for breakfast even though I specifically booked a room with breakfast included.

Nice room. Clean and comfortable bed. Good location relative to Tegel. Only downside is bathroom is a bit small. Good value. Would stay here again.

It is a good hotel and a good rate

On summer time is not so good, rooms has no air condition and some rooms with windows open get to much noise

It was cloSe to airport But it was so warm as we we had an unexpected heatwave so I was not thrilled but the fan helped

A lovely hotel with very clean rooms, helpful staff and a convenient location. Only real problem was lack of aircon, which meant leaving the windows open.

If a reservation is made for three people (2 adults, 1 child) t would be great to have 3x bed linen and especially 3 towels made available.

An odd location closer to the airport; it takes a bus and subway combination to get to the city center. Beds not that comfortable, threadbare pillows as thin as a sheet. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Ran out of tissues and towels and mat for shower was taken away. Was charged extra for breakfast; not enough food one morning, almost no coffee the next, and no seating the last time. They seemed overwhelmed.

It was good

Everything great except it is not very near the downtown area. Not anywhere near any mainstream restaurants/ German restaurants or bars. Only ethnic, mostly Turkish, Indian , Misdle Easten or Vietnamese restaurants abound. I had difficulty finding places to eat in. Parking also an issue.
