Staff friendly and helpful. Amenities perfect for a short stay to visit both sides of the falls. Hot tub is a little dated but functional especially in winter. Breakfast was great

If I were entitled to a VIP treatment, noone in reception mentioned anything. The buffet lunch wasn’t very good, a bit bland and with few options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good and with lots of options.

Check in was easy. R bathroom wasn’t cleaned as desired. Hotel staff was friendly.
