This is a great Hotel and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is really good and there is a large selection of items, and beverages. Checkin was simple and with Marla's help for what stores are nearby and how the garage operated, we were able to get around easily.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Innsbrook.

Nice stay and Staff were great. The rooms were large and clean and the Hotel was responsive with pre-arrival requests. It is a great location close to everything. Breakfast was very good and their dinner restaurant was attentive with a great meal. Only downside was the hot tub on the roof was not working, but the pool was fun.

Easy walk from train station and steps away from the old town centre. Staff were super friendly, easy check in and quick response to any request. Lots of comfy leather chairs in the lobby. Real treat was hot tub on the roof. Great breakfast too!

The location was great. Both on-site and off-site parking was available and easy. Nice to have coffee in the lobby all day. The hotel is tired. Rooms and baths do need updating.

The hotel in city center was in a great location, modern and clean! The staff at checkin was also fantastic, with great recommendations. Parking in underground lot nearby was very easy. Only negative was outdoor rooftop jacuzzi was small, we waited for others to leave before there was space. Very cool to be on the rooftop!

Hotel was great, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Hot tub in the snow was beautiful and great location. Pillows were awful and bobbly so if they had better pillows would have given 5 stars.

Receptionist was super.

Staff were fantastic, the guy on the front desk especially so (can't remember his name unfortunately). Lovely hotel, lovely room just a shame we only had 1 night.

Lower than expectations for a 4 star hotel. Average rooms, phones didn’t work, patchy wifi, staff weren’t very helpful. Minor point but no conditioner in bathrooms (even when we asked). The spa pool was cold.
