The variety of seafood was not what I expected

Staff ensure you have a pleasant stay, their ethic, kindness and politeness are excellent. Pools beach are beautiful. Rooms are clean but can use a fix. No difference from a standard to premium room. Didn’t receive any type of special perks for being premium this time around have visited 4 times Food is okay can be changed taste wasn’t for me. How about for authentic Mexican dishes nothing exotic

All inclusive and premium not much different but expensive

I don’t like the pool bar hours, they close at 5:00pm every day , there is not music and also i don’t like the premium packaged , we pay extra$400 for two guest , and we drinked the same as the regular all inclusive

Everything in the hotel it was perfect and clean, we have a great time and enjoy everything. The food was always good and the service and pools fantastic!

Muy agradable

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel like family. And the food? Delicious! Every meal was a highlight. Plus, the ocean view from our clean, comfortable room was breathtaking. Can't wait to come back!

Hace falta aire acondicionado, mejorar las bebidas, y variedad en buffet, desayuno, comida y cena, tener posibilidad a poder ir a todos los restaurantes, igual mas actividades dentro del hotel

Free upgrade to ocean view was great. Not much communication in English. Missed a lobster lunch. And missed the À la Carte Mexican dinner.

Very nice hotel on the beach. Pools were clean. Staff were friendly. Preferred and enjoyed the premium level and benefits. Food was ok but I’m a picky eater. Lots of choices.
