Expedia Group verified review
The reservation through Expedia and the hotel did not communicate properly, And I was charged twice. I also tried calling customer support, but their website was down. I'm going to send all the receipts to Expedia customer service so they can verify and get reimburse the double charges. According to the hotel, it was Expedia who sent the incorrect reservation. Thanks
