Great location. Close to bus stop and on the beach. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything we needed. Very comfortable and very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tip: The bus route does not run along the road next to the hotel. It runs every 10 minutes on the parallel road a short distance away (3-5 minute walk). Goes to / from the water bus terminal… buses A B or C. Very handy and we were able to use our vaporetto 3 day passes on those buses.

Excellent location & hotel

Breakfast was extensive for such a small place. Front desk staff was anazing!!! Appearing shortly after check in with a welcome belini❤️ Liberal use of scented cleaners made the room smell unbearable. Front desk provided a fan very promptly to help. The hotel in under renovation & beside a gym/dance studio. So there is noise during the day if you're in the hotel during the day. My room had a large structural pillar in the middle of the rim making it hard to navigate the space. But the bed, balcony view, bathroom were spot on!!

Everything was excellent, they make you feel like family. Of the twelve hotels on my trip, the best. Thank you very much.

Excellent. They let us check in early with no added cost. The free breakfast was great. They also let us store our luggage once we checked out so that we could still relax at the beach!

Considered it a 3.5 star hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful but hotel is a little dated and needs more improvements.

Relatively recent building, large room and modern amenities, a/c, excellent windows so quiet despite a rainstorm On the beach! Walk out onto the beach for swim or run, full of shells! Excellent breakfast, every member of staff courteous!

The bathroom was huge, shower was big...it was a very positive surprise. The area was realy quiet , perfect to unwind. I really loved the place!

3rd time staying here. Last time was 7 years ago. Hotel has gone downhill since then. Rooms in need of an update, chair at table extremely dangerous, luckily we noticed before sitting on it, very unstable. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as tasty as before, also felt we were getting watched all the time when we were going for food. Husband said coffee wasn’t great. I had tea but teapot was a nightmare to pour. Shower is tiny. Don’t get me wrong staff were all very pleasant but we felt that the hotel wasn’t as good as it used to be sadly. We won’t be back.

People smile all the time and helpful

Our window face to the street, we can hear noise of speedy cars, but it is not fault of hotel. The staff of front deck is polite and professional. The breakfast is fresh and good quality.

Lovely welcome with an extremely polite receptionist who showed me to my room. Clean and seemingly brand new bathroom and great comfortable bed with soft sheets. Lovely breakfast too.

First visit back after 24 years and the property has been significantly upgraded in that time. Still a lovely location with a beautiful view of the beach and easy access to local transportation and restaurant options. Great place to stay!

This place is a hidden gem on Lido and located right next to the beach. The staff was great and they offered a nice breakfast.

Was a great place to wind down from a crazy busy few days in Venice. Hotel is in great shape, clean and the free buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold options. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is to stay on higher floors if facing the street. We were on 2nd floor and could hear the loud traffic, even though windows were closed.

Fantastic location on the beach .... near Exelsior Hotel nice rooms good bfast only handicap is there is no public area or cafe or hang out terrace outdoors .... Friendly and helpful staff !

Excellent location with bus stops nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a balcony which was at the side of the hotel, but still had a view of the sea. Good choice of food for breakfast- hot and cold. Rented bikes for a day from the hotel at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again and would advise anyone going to Venice to stay on the Lido and stay here. Best of both worlds!
