I paid £700 for 5 nights, so this is not a budget hotel price, however this was absolutely a budget hotel by experience! At check in I’m told that they don’t do a clean for first 5 nights. I don’t know any hotel that do not clean more regularly. Breakfast was basic, paper plates and plastic cutlery and have to clear our own plates. No hot vegan option at all! Though rooms not cleaned, I would expect the in room tea/coffee facilities to be refreshed but I went 2 days without it in the room. This was not worth £700. The hotel should not be called executive at all. Call it what it is, a budget hotel and price it accordingly.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to start my day at 6am because I couldn’t tolerate lying in bed any longer.

Staff are terrible and not helpful at all.

Staff not friendly. I made a mistake at their breakfast buffet and I told the staff that I was so sorry, but the kitchen staff didn't show empathy at all. She gave me attitude instead and gossiped it to a co worker. BWP, kindly pls teach ur staff to be empathetic. Also, their female receptionist didnt smile the entire time we stayed there.

Rooms were clean, staff were accommodating. Chlorine in pool area had a strong smell, pool area was clean though. Breakfast was good.

We had a nice spacious clean room ! Bathroom was also clean which is very important ! Coffee maker in the room. The hotel has a pool and sauna to !

Nice convenient place to stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near a highway. They offered a free breakfast at the hotel. This Best Western was not easily accessible to my spouse who was using a walker. Parking was easy to find.

Air conditioning far too cold. We could not adjust the controls.

Truck was stolen from the parking lot. Nobody at the front desk seemed surprised by that.
