I can’t believe we got this place for the price we did. The room was lovely and it’s located in a beautiful area on the beach. The food in the hotel restaurant was also amazing!

This hotel was nice with a lovely view. It was greatly situated for our drive to the airport the next day! The welcoming staff were lovely.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful sea views. The staff were excellent, especially receptionist, she was very friendly and helpful. An issue with our room was resolved quickly and professionally. Great service, stunning views, and we would happily stay again.

Lovely location with beautiful surroundings. However the room I was staying in had wafer thin walls, and the couple in the next room after returning from the bar proceeded to have the loudest conversation (at least she did) It was as if they were in the room with me. At one stage I had to knock on the wall, which worked for a while, but within minutes she was back at it again.

It was a lovely property with a great location near Howth and easy train into Dublin. Quiet and comfortable.

Stayed one night in a Triple Room. The hotel is very conveniently located near Dublin Airport, various supermarkets and a beautiful part of the coastline. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities available. The hotel could be better maintained with the en-suite bathroom showing signs of age and the lift/elavator at times 'unresponsive' when being 'called'. Parking was easy with ample free spaces available. Given the hotel's location near Dublin and the cost of alternative accommodation, the room was reasonable value for momey. Would recomend and would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay on the final part of our European vacation. Very relaxing and the views were fantastic! Definitely will be our place to stay when we visit the Dublin area!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The weather was exceptionally warm when I stayed in the hotel and it being an older hotel there was no air conditioning in the rooms so it was too hot

Comfortable bed and room serviced daily to an average standard. Reception staff helpful. Bar staff very inexperienced and not welcoming. Dinner was a bit of a disaster. We asked a few local ladies to join us for dinner. Very disappointed. Bottle of wine on wine list not available then the one we choose was plonked on table no ice bucket and no offer to pour etc no ice bucket available apparently. Waited for menus for 15mins then asked for them. No soup spoon for seafood chowder. No grace when meals were served. Would not recommend this restaurant!

Hotel and location were nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel room was overly humid and not well ventilated.

A very comfortable stay with a room overlooking the coast and having direct access to the beach. The room was very clean with a large shower which was a plus as many hotels still have baths. The food was excellent including the large choice at breakfast which was overseen by the excellent staff on duty. The staff were very professional, however, on the last evening we were a bit concerned by one member of staff who took our order for food and drinks, but it took ages for it to be served and he forgot to serve our drinks. This happened to another diner who had waited for 45 minutes for his meal. This is probably a training issue which needs addressing. There is a large free car park. There is only a lift to the first floor and it was difficult carrying a heavy bag to the second floor where the rooms facing the sea are located.

I think the menu in the restaurant should change possibly daily and also include desserts.

The breakfast staff were friendly. all other staff looked like they didnt like their jobs. the room was a bit dated (especially bathroom) and the edges of furniture (drawers) had significant dust

Great hotel with the beach at the rear of the property. Was great to get a walk on the beach before the long flight home! Room was well equipped and comfortable. TV was not great however. Staff in the hotel were great and helpful. Supervalu across the street carries luggage scales in case yours breaks like ours did!

Room was clean and serviced daily at request. Didn’t clean sink daily and only fresh towels if we left old ones on floor. No fridge in room. Nice size room and comfortable bed. TV challenging - not many stations to watch reception staff very friendly. Bar staff not very helpful friendly. Restaurant- the one night we went - was dreadful: - had to ask for menus after 15mins. Wine we requested not available even though it was on the menu and the one we order was plonked on table with no offer to taste, pour etc then when we requested an ice bucket - none available. Meals were very bland and presentation poor. No soup spoon for the seafood chowder. We had local guests join us from the area and they were shocked. Staff were not friendly in anyway. They need professional training in hospitality.
