A perfect stay. We had 2 rooms at this hotel both were clean and well presented. The pool area and staff were very good. A special mention to Nick and who took us on an island tour and for our airport transfer. He gave us a fantastic island tour and was very friendly. We would without hesitation return to this hotel.

Best location, friendly/helpful staff, clean and overall beautiful hotel

The Aressena Hotel and Spa in Thira was spectacular on all levels. We wanted a central location in Rhira and this was perfect for sunsets, walking to town and all the beautiful shops. We walked up from the main city parking lot super easily as well. The staff were all accommodating and super friendly. We truly loved our room that was a junior suite with access to a semi private pool. Don't hesitate to book this hotel if you want to have a spectacular stay in Santorini near all the shops, restaurants and cafes.

The location in Fira was really great, because there were not many stairs. Very walkable to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely return one day.

The hospitality was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and on top of our travel and excursion agenda to help us out. The amenities are very nice, and the location is in the heart of Fira. It was so nice to be able to easily come and go for shopping, taxis and dinners.

We are very critical travelers with kids and we would definitely stay again. Excellent location, amenities, cleanliness, and staff.

Absolute perfect location to enjoy the area. At the top of the hill next to all the restaurants, shops and views. Parking in the area is almost impossible.

My husband, our adult daughter, and I stayed at Aressana Hotel & Spa from March 31–April 6 and had an amazing experience. We booked a junior suite with a shared pool, which was beautiful and very comfortable. Although the first few days were windy and cold, the weather improved to sunny skies and perfect temperatures in the 60s. It was too chilly to swim, but we loved relaxing on the patio with coffee and enjoying the lush surroundings. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. From the shuttle driver and bell attendant to the front desk, housekeeping team, spa staff, and restaurant servers—everyone was kind, welcoming, and always eager to help with a smile. We experienced a significant Sahara sandstorm during our stay, and the team did an incredible job cleaning and restoring the property quickly. The hotel remained spotless and stunning. It was impressive to see such dedication and teamwork. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of authentic Greek options. We made wonderful family memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
