Great location and service

In general the room was good, bathroom very dated, the gym is tiny and to use the pool you have to walk across the reception area, the breakfast buffet is sub par.

Property ok but staff is poorly trained and most are new and have no idea what they are doing. BAD MANAGEMENT. Do Not open a voucher for your expenses at the hotel, it is worthless as I found out in the restaurant. Prices at the restaurant OUTRAGEOUS ! I had a business meeting one afternoon with 2 business associates. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them about 15 minutes to get us 3 machine derived coffee's and 2 about 7oz. bottles of water, cost $18.oo USD ! On top of that they would not charge to the room even though I had a voucher open for $150.oo... Included Breakfast ample but dining room overly crowded for breakfast. This hotel caters to large groups of group meetings. Staff at reception ill trained and always large amount of people trying to check in and check out, really slow they have no idea what they are doing. Other issues at reception also. Question? Would I stay here again, NO ! Too many other property's that are better in the area.

Muito bom hotel. Pontos negativos: internet inviável de usar para quem precisa trabalhar. E funcionários necessitam de melhor treinamento para atendimento ao hóspede. Eles tem lockers para o ifood deixar a comida, os lockers não estavam funcionando direito, eu tentei falar várias vezes que a minha janta já tinha sido entregue e que o funcionário do vallet tinha dito que os lockers estavam com problema. Não fizeram questão de resolver, desacreditaram que estava com problema, só depois de 45 minutos e outros hóspedes reclamarem, resolveram ver se estava com problema. Meu sushi ficou 45 minutos dentro do locker. Nem desculpa pediram.

Espetacular a experiência no Hotel. Estive com minha família, eu, Jefferson, esposa Andréia e Meu filho João Gabriel. E nos sentimos muito bem recebido. A forma de tratamento recebido, instalações, localização, enfim tudo, foi muitíssimo bom. Os colaboradores também, totalmente profissionais e educados. Deus abençoe a todos e e suas famílias.
