Beautiful hotel with original art everywhere- great breakfast in lovely room- great location and nice staff- no complaints at all!!

there is a long term construction project directly across the street from the hotel. jack hammering from dawn till dusk. paid extra for balcony room but couldn’t use due to the constant noise

Absolutely perfect hotel. Close enough to walk to everything in Vienna but far enough away from the busy areas. Staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs. Highly recommend and would go back again!!!

Hotel was in center of town close to everything in walking area. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We reserve the private spa twice very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent and waitress was very pleasant.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room that was so well sound proofed, my partner didn’t even hear me knock in the door. The plush interior design was a treat and the location, in the vibrant Museum Quartiers neighborhood, was fantastic—far enough away from the tourist madness to be peaceful and close enough to take a long walk or quick Uber ride to major sites. We absolutely loved this hotel and hope to return!

Everything was Wonderful.

Room was very, well appointed, with smart and effective technology. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was ala cart, excellent bacon and very reasonably priced. Location is great with shops nearby and the Naschmarkt with many dining options within walking distance.

This hotel has charming and cheerful decor and is maintained beautifully. The location is very walkable and central. There is daily maid service and our request for more blankets and howto work the heating were promptly provided. À la Carte breakfast is available. What was truly exceptional was the concierge services! We had to deal with a medical emergency on a Sunday and the staff located qualified doctor which was really a challenge and took time. They were extremely supportive and we ended up staying extra days due to the medical problem. They were totally accommodating. They also helped us with train reservations that were difficult to make without a computer. These are the best people! We would definitely stay there again! Great location near the Museum Quarter. Tastefully furnished. Great little bar and lovely breakfast.

The dining room is so beautifully decorated! Food was delicious. The croissant perfect.

The hotel offers private use of the sauna/steam located on the basement level. The room is on the small side but does make up for it with a well though out layout that includes a small lounge and everything else you would need.

The room was beautiful, a corner room with lots of light. Breakfast served for a fee is delicious and varied.

Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! Wonderful stay. Excellent location. Beautiful decorations and clean comfortable room.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Gorgeous interior decor and the rooms are stunning. The lights in the rooms were impactful. Staff super friendly in particular Philip. Note there is no breakfast buffet but rather à la carte. Also be mindful the lift is very small but honestly it added to the charm of the place. Location was perfection pretty much close to anything major in the city. AC was nice.

Museums are very close by. Great and safe location. About 15 to 20 minute walking to old center. Very easy to get a taxi. Loved the hotel
