Great location, Friendly staff. Always a great choice when staying in Toronto.

The room was spacious with a separate lounging area with a deep seated couch and tv. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). That said, it did not take away from the experience. Maybe I couldn’t figure it out, but when I turned on the light in the lounging area, it also turned on the light on the bedroom area. Don’t know if there was another way but both turned on.

Wonderful stay at the Soho hotel, Toronto. We were in town for FIFA festivities and the Blue Jays . Staff were friendly, rooms very clean and modern. Location of hotel makes this the perfect spot to explore downtown Toronto. Delighted with our choice of Soho hotel . The FIFA chocolates were a special touch .

Nice room and facilities in a hotel that’s in a good location.

lovely hotel-very close to Roger’s stadium, lots of restaurants and bars in the area; hotel room was beautiful including a soaker tub, views, well stocked with everything you might need. Super clean. excellent service.

Two night stay and everything was excellent. Dinner at Morrettis was delicious.

Place was spacious and very clean, conveniently located in downtown Toronto. Easily accessible to Roger’s Center and can tower.

Perfect location, the cafe was adorable. The staff outdid themselves. Overall great stay. Pool was dated, but clean. The gym was all you would need with an outdoor area as an option. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Perfect area for downtown walking and a Bluejays game . The shower and the bed were wonderful

If you need a semi or firm mattress, do not book this hotel.

The hotel room was great. The heated floors in the bathroom were absolutely fantastic. Staff was helpful with our questions.

Great staff, clean room and quiet

Location was great. The bathroom was stunning and the toiletries were really nice. Very quiet and comfortable.

I have stayed in five star properties before. This is about a 3.5 star property. The rooms although very clean were worn and dated. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows so so. The Italian restaurant downstairs was very expensive and lacked the food quality. Cafe was nice and the food options were good. I had accidentally left my sweater in cafe on my chair. Only staff were there as closing time. I went back less than 5 minutes later and my lace cardigan was gone. Asked lady who served me and she said she hadn’t seen it. Front desk either. Suspicious. The front staff were professional and the housekeeping staff were friendly and very good. Location is decent. When I return to Toronto this will not be one of my choices. At 500 a night I would expect a nicer hotel. Also we asked for a late checkout. Declined as apparent property was full but you could still book a room on Expedia.

The hotel is in a renovation phase but the room was fabulous.

Hotel reception was undergoing renovations so understandably didn’t look its best. Apart from this everything was fantastic. Reception and cleaning was perfect. Hotel is ideally located on the edge of Soho.
