Rooms were very clean. Our a/c leaked heavily the first night and they fixed it promptly. If parking there, note that you must make sure you get your parking ticket validated before leaving. It is 18 euros per day but if you don’t get your ticket validated by the hotel, it’s 25 euros or more per day (we made that mistake the first day). Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was really good with lots of variety.

Clean room confortable beds and pillows. Needs some renewing. Staff was great all the time.

This hotel is nice but has definitely seen better days. The decorating and furnishings are very old and dated and the pool chairs etc were very worn. The game room is just a few games set up in an event room. The staff was lovely though. Would likely stay somewhere nicer and more central if I came back to Seville.

This is not a 4 star hotel 3 at most! The location is far from the main attractions but close to a shopping mall which is convinient. The hotel rooms arr old and dated. The bathrooms have mould. The air conditioning is old style and didnt really cool the room. The kettle was so old the plastic had melted. There were only 3 lifts so in a morning there was a 5 mins wait for a lift. The pool is seasonal so even though it was 30 degrees out the pool was shut.

Fantastic choice of breakfast menu and well-organised by staff. Location was ideal, within easy reach of airport, walking distance from main station and cheap, reliable metro service into city centre and main sights. Friendly staff but sometimes long waits for service for evening meals at busy times. Spacious, comfortable rooms, but beds might need renewing.

Very average for Novotel. I expected much more. The air conditioning did not work properly we always woke up sweating. There was only one side of the room that had sockets for charging. Breakfast was fine, and also good parking facility. To be honest for the price you pay I would expect more. Would avoid staying again if I could.

The hotel was very nice, staff helpful and close for a nice walk or easy subway ride to the old town.

I had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well maintained the room was. Everything felt tidy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

We had a great stay at this Novotel. The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk. Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly. Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped. Breakfast has a good selection of quality food. Other reviews has put this down, we felt is was very good. Although it does get very busy after 9am. The pool area is fantastic and a great addition to this hotel. The rooftop bar is also a welcomed treat. We did find the pool water itself a little cloudy.

Wonderful location, good for families. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Staff could be a bit more helpful when I asked about where to park in the city center etc. they kept saying they didn’t know and I got the feeling that they weren’t interested in helping. Other hotels would’ve called around or tried to look up online to get the answers we needed.

Hotel room was too small. Location was convenient and walkable. Breakfast was just ok.
