Staff werd very helpful and friendly

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We stayed just one night. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. 24 hour coffee was decent and appreciated. My suggestions are: include something gluten free in the continental breakfast (a GF bread or muffin would go a long way). Bed and pillows were cozy but the top sheet felt like a low grade polyester and was hot. Suggest changing them out for something with at least some cotton. The fitted sheet seemed to be fine.

It was extremely loud around 5 am with voices yelling in the hallway. When I opened my door to ask if the volume could be lowered, there was a man who worked at the hotel and he said it was just people checking in. He should have asked the people to be quiet as there was absolutely no reason for yelling down the hallway regardless of whether it was early morning or even day.

A very affordable and clean option in mississuaga. The staff was nice and area was very clean probably because it newly opened. I really hope they maintain this standard.

For a budget hotel, it's okay. The bedding cover feels stiff and like the one ply toilet paper provided. The free breakfast wasn't terrible. We requested extra pillows and they only provided one for two of us. The staff were friendly. Overall you get what you pay for.

The front end staff when asked if the price quoted was for two nights she said yes for two nights. I had a receipt from Expedia and knew it was per night. I had booked the room for my son who was on a budget. Thankfully he called me before spending the extra money he thought he now had.

You need to go eat the breakfast earlier than 9:00 am because there is not enough place to sit otherwise (on Sundays)

Parking felt save and easy. Had to leave before breakfast was put out. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was great.

Didn’t have breakfast as flight early but was offered a to go bag to have ready for us upon checkout. As hotel on a busy road and not knowing area tried to make sure we parked closest to hotel . Not sure if feeling of uneasy warranted as not familiar with this city

Staff are amazing but the manager in the back office was just the opposite. He loves giving inconsistent and contradictory orders to staff.
