There was a kitchenette, but I had to sign a formed stating there would be no cooking. The fridge is a basic hotel

Location was perfect for a concert at Roger’s Stadium but the hotel is dated, chairs were dirty, microwave was nasty, bed was creaky, there’s not enough lighting in the rooms or hallways, no full mirror. Staff was just ok Definitely one star hotel, not worth the 300+ we had to pay 👎

Couldn't lower the temperature in the room to where i wanted it (A/C not working optimally?), everything else was just fine!

Breakfast included til 10am no more milk in the container for cereal. No more coffee. No more orange juice. The only juice left was hot not cold. No more bagel the second day. The yogourt was deposited in a bowl on the counter with no ice and it was hot. The counter was very dirty. Only one employee came about 25 minutes later because we had to ask at the reception counter. The table to est were not cleaned up after. I will never go back and I will never recommand someone.

The staff we dealt with were great but unable to resolve our issue. Simple decaf coffee request fot our room could not be fulfilled because protect inavailable. Again no decaf at breakfast, not a problem for us but should be offered. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfy, we appreciated that but the hotel is showing its age, needs to be freshened up/updated. Ours was a one night stay so okay

Old and beaten up property

1. There isn’t proper signage for the property. 2. The hotel’s receptionist threw the phone on the desk after she answered it. She was rude when I asked her any direction for the building. 3. The receptionist was poorly informed of the local public transit. There is no public parking for that particular subway parking lot. 4. Elevator was old and not working very well; the down button on my floor was not working. Had to use the up button. 5. Coffee pot in room leaked all over the place. 6. Bedroom TV wouldn’t stay on the selected channel. 8. Silverfish (insects) were live and on the floors 9. Breakfast was to be ready for 7 and it wasn’t out until 7:20. 10. NO LOCKED DOOR AT THE STREET/ PARKING LEVEL. Security and Guest safety an issue. Door was not controlled.

Good staff big parking rooms size are good desolated after 8 pm

I picked it based on location as it was only 2 stops from York (purpose of the trip) and the Downsview station was only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. They upgraded my room and let me charge my EV. Free continental breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Hotel and staff were amazing. It was a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff, all of them especially the older lady in charge of breakfast. Very nice lady.

More choices for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. One chair in room. Had to asked for another. However was promptly delivered.

First the pic of our room showed stand up shower was happy get there it’s a tub shower. Went to take a bath plug don’t work, hubby took it apart and nope broken. Shower head was a joke hardly no water and you needed a course to how to turn the water on, front desk gives you a little course on how to use the tub water. Furniture is really old and out dated. And if you need internet while there good luck, really bad internet service. And breakfast was simple hardly anything nothing hot. And one elevator was broken so long wait time. Not going back pics are not the resent pics that’s for sure.

The staff were great. The room was nice and clean.
