Room was small but that was exactly what I selected. Bathroom was spacious enough, bright, clean and the towels were thick & huge. Location is so convenient to walk everywhere and staff were responsive & very helpful

This hotel is in a perfect location in central Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!

Room was clean and staff was helpful, street noise unbearable from room 109, not hotel’s fault revelers are very loud all hours of the night and well into the morning when noise from delivery trucks to the nearby grocery store takes over, be sure to ask for a room in a quieter section of the property!

Room was small but located in old Bilbao which is ideal. Elevators were kind of weird, probably because the building is so old. No closets, so not ideal for long stay.

Room was cleaned daily. Staff friendly. When I asked for extra heating, this was provided within 15 minutes. Location near to lots of bars and shops.

THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE & HELPFUL. THE HOTEL IS GOOD IN CENTRE WITH NICE PLACES TO EAT & SHOP NEARBY AND ALL WALKABLE.

Our experience here by far is the best during this trip. Can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely miss it. Wish we could change plans and just extend our stay. Perhaps next time we will come and stay here again. Can't beat this location. Plus complimentary luggage storage. Other hotels charge for this.

Great location! Overall the hotel was fine, but I did get stuck on a few minor details. The room didn’t have an iron or enough “closet” space for two people on a three night stay. The shower door was difficult to secure as water seeped out during showers and we had to use the mat more for puddle control. They staff was friendly and accommodating. And we also got a discount for parking in a nearby structure so that was also appreciated.

Perfectly situated historic hotel in the historic part of Bilbao. Absolutely loved it. We'll stay again. It's very conveniently located for our purposes, with a great staff.

Property has nice features with exposed brick and old beams. Central location, but bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. Lovely bathroom but sparse looking bedroom with small paper cups and bathrobes that were too small, and only one size available. Colour scheme in the bedroom of black, white and dark grey curtains makes it all very sombre looking. Breakfast just about adequate with limited variety. Overall, the price we paid was far too much for what we got. Presume one is paying through rhe nose for the location.

Nice hotel, perfectly located for the old town, eating options, transport links and getting about
