Lovely hotel with very comfy beds and a great spa.

This hotel was absolutely perfect, clean , first class service, the best spa pool and restaurants, plus in the best location to experience everything. If we every go back to Budapest we will defiantly stay here.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, with beautifully maintained facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering an excellent variety of high-quality options. The location felt safe and secure; however, the surrounding streets and immediate area appeared somewhat underdeveloped and did not reflect the same standard as the hotel itself. The spa facilities were pleasant, though fairly average and not particularly remarkable. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and overall quality.

From check in the experience has been extraordinary! Such an atttentive staff and lovely room. The property exquisitely appointed. Loved the buffet . All around lovely experience. Highly recommend.

En mi opinión, este hotel difícilmente es cuatro estrellas, no cinco como dice Orbitz, en la habitación tenía un sillón ruido en la parte del descanso de los brazos. La limpieza de la habitación pésima no lo recomiendo porque es un fraude de qué es cinco estrellas, le comenté al manager y estaba tan apenado que quería darme un Upgrade que ya no acepté, además para desayunar únicamente tienen Bufette que vale €36 por persona. Si quieres un desayuno continental no tiene lo cual es ridículo

Was such a beautiful hotel, excellent food, service and staff. Would love to stay there again!

Overall I was disappointed with this hotel - it's not a 5 star hotel. The entrance and spa are certainly impressive, but the rooms are below standard. Grubby, look tired and the touch panel to my hotel room door fell off several times. I also had a water pressure issue when I wanted to shower on one of the days, which meant hot only came out. My partner also tried to arrange a birthday surprise for me which apparently was difficult and the staff were not particularly accommodating. The Spa facilities are very nice, with a lovely pool, steam room and sauna. however, it was very busy and we struggled to get two beds next to each other so just shared one. I would also suggest that the price for a massage is over priced, although my massage was decent, it wasn't worth what I paid. The gym is very small, and at one point had 5 people in it, which was over crowded. The gym has limited equipment, so not great for an avid gym goer. I wont be staying here again as much better 4 star hotels locally at the same if not cheaper price point and look far better.

Everything is beautiful & staff are great at hotel. The only criticism I can make is that the food at breakfast was cold unless you order a omelette. I ended up having a continental breakfast most mornings because of this. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakand a nice spa/pool. Also a parking garage next to it, so great if you arrive by car. But this is the second time we’ve been here in two years and both times we’ve had issues with bathroom: the first time the smell from the piping (presumably) was quite unpleasant and this time the warm water was hit ad miss and the shower head hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, so there were just thin little beams of water spraying every which way.
