Central heating not working. Low pressure on shower. Dinner very poor quality breakfast even worse with watery scrambled egg only egg available

Hotel was "fine" for what I wanted - a clean cost effective place close to a business need the next day. Check in was a bit of a chore with reminders emailed during the day and then a request to fill in the same data on arrival. Room functional but no doubt a bit dated and tired. Definitely clean. I'd booked a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together. Parking easy and close. Breakfast was fine. TV and ents in the room probably better than I'd expect. Overall for the price it was fine. I'd stay there again.

Staff are fabulous. It’s a very old building and could do with some upgrades but the dog friendly atmosphere is unbeatable. Very impressed with the way they handled things during the Crufts week. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a genuinely dog friendly hotel. Beds are a little small but rooms and bathrooms are clean

The room was clean and tidy….however it was too hot and could not be turned down. The gentleman on reception at check in offered no smile or welcome, not what you want when you arrive.

Run down and in need of a revamp. Bath was cracked so couldn’t use or would leak down stairs. Booked a double but was put in a twin with the beds pushed together. And an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep just topped It off

YES. ENJOYABLE STAY

The staff can not be faulted they were great. The downside for me this trip was the TV did not work and they did not have a maintenance man available to fix it. The room was clean but one thing i did notice they do not have USB charging points anywhere in the room. In case the ones on your laptop are not available

Really good, only problem Was TV wasn’t working did report this but nothing was done, we went out anyway so it didn’t really make much difference to us. Great value for money. Lovely hotel would defo stay again

It would have been nice to have been in formed that there was a boxing event taking place on the night of our stay, we stayed at hotel as we were flying from Birmingham airport on the Sunday morning, as it was we had no sleep with banging doors and shouting and screaming all night. Hotel was nice just a pity that the people at the event were out of control

The room had damp no chamber maids came to clean the room. The lift broke down. The disabled lift on route to the dining area was broken. The food was cold. The hotel had lots of people tvat appeared to be homeless. The standard was appauling. Id like an email address so i can complain. I paid £132 for 2 nights my daughter paid £52 for 1 night. Why was my stay more per night. Im not happy at all
