Wifi fungerade knappt på mitt rum. Plus i alla rum som ligger under receptionen o det är våningsplan 2 o 1, väldigt dåligt isolerat, man hör grannar i korridoren, i badrummet men samtidigt andra gamla vägar som håller i hotellet stabilitet släpper knappt mobiltelefon signal. Jag har Iphone 15 Pro o min kunde knappt ta emot mobil samtal eftersom styrkan för vanligt samtal val på bara en prick o så länge jag var i rummet. WiFi av samma anledning kunde inte funka korrekt, Jag kunde inte se Youtube, allt stannade o hackade. Hotell bodde förlora en eller två sina stjärnor. Den ska aldrig, aldrig når det fyra stjärnor , min åsikt max 3 men då det otroligt överdrivet!!!!

Good hotel, but very small room without window and good air.

Perfect location for our trip, since we was mainly at gärdet. The gym was better than expected , only need some more cleaningstuff.

Normal standard as may be expected

The hottest room ever and very basic. Fans were provided but even then it was a very uncomfortable stay with the sun beating down on the front of the property. Room temperature was much, much higher than the outside temperature. Staff were friendly enough but often seem too busy to actually help guests and we often felt like an inconvenience to them. Small details like not having to ask for the highchair for our toddler to be located and cleaned every single breakfast time would have been a nice touch to make us feel more welcome, especially as we were there for five nights. Amazing location and super clean though.

At first glance, we wondered, “Is this it?” but our hotel delighted us in every detail. The warmth, helpfulness, and professionalism of the staff really made our stay special. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh. There were afternoon and evening snacks. Cookies, cake, tea, coffee, and even milk were available throughout the night. It was a wonderful hotel—quiet, a bit far from the city center, but quite easy to reach. The garden was amazing; it was so quiet, cool, and full of flowers that it felt like a meditation space. If we come back, we’ll definitely stay with you again ☺️

For the price, this is much better than expected. Staff is helpful and there is a personal touch that you rarely see in the large chains. For mer, clearly the best in this part of Stockholm.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms and overall hotel were incredibly clean. The breakfast buffet every day is fantastic with something for every culinary taste. It is located close to excellent a major shopping center. It is, however, missing bigger tables in the rooms (I could barely place my laptop on the small table), phones, and, perhaps minor to European travelers, no access to any sort of ice machine.
