The staff were very helpful, cheerful and were amazing.

Beautiful facility, clean and charming. It is in a lively area with walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping but still quite. Reasonable prices for the room and the valet. You can’t go wrong with choosing the hotel. Highly recommend!

Great room

Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street right in the middle of the tourist area of downtown Toronto. Hotel rooms were beautiful, bathroom was enormous. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in… But the thing that I liked the most… I think the rooms are soundproofed. It was silent. You couldn’t hear anybody in the hallways, you couldn’t hear the traffic on the street. We were on the fifth floor.

Wonderfully helpful staff and an excellent ambiance

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street but close to all activities downtown. Room was spacious and modern. I was a little under the weather and they allowed me check in early. Overall a great experience and looking forward to coming back.
