Only received decaf coffee in our room both days. They took all the face clothes and didn’t replace them. The breakfasts were good and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We expected the pool to be bigger in person- the photos make it look like a large pool. It isnt. Regardless the slide was a huge hit. The kids said it was the best pool slide they've experienced even though they scrapped their feet and knees on the pool floor as its not very deep. The hot tub was a good temperature. Our toddler enjoyed the shallow end of the pool. The mushroom waterfall looks really cool but the water comes down with a lot of force and is quite loud. Luckily there is a button to turn the mushroom on/off.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and courteous.

The breakfast options were lack luster only two hot items and cereal. The coffee was good . We liked the swimming pool wasn’t to deep. Beds were comfortable.

Good hotel to stay at. Kids enjoyed the slide and pool but wished it was a bit deeper where the slide drops in. Hot tub was nice and warm. Good hot breakfast in the morning and lots of other selections. Room was nice and spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable

We stayed for 8 nights, housekeeping wasn’t great when I asked for our bathroom mirror and toilet etc. to be cleaned and it was not done. Breakfast was bare minimum with the same selection every day, less options then most other hotels. The pool area was nice but the chemicals were off and the water was very cloudy with extra strong smell of chlorine. The location was very convenient with west Edmonton mall only a 2 minute drive away, along with other shopping centres and restaurants.

I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. I tried to check in early but was advised I could not and that the earlies would be 2 o'clock and to try to call before arriving to see if our room was available. While I understand this is normal I wasn't given other options or suggestions or offer to hold our bags or be called when a room was ready. I have stayed here in the passed and had similar experience but thought I would try again as my kids loved the water slide their. There was a foreign substance (maybe pizza/food) on the curtains of the room and there was no bottles of water left like previously had been left on other stays. When at the pool there was a floating fecal matter (poo) in the pool and when another parent had told the front desk staff they came down to look in the pool and the poo was gone - meaning it made its way through the filter or onto someone else in the time it took for them to arrive. We had immediately gotten out of the pool and the children were very upset. Breakfast was very very limited and had little to no substance even early in the morning. Very little yogurts remaining, Only bruised apples for fruit and bread and been mangled and scarce. The TV was only working intermittently and of poor picture quality. Unfortunately, taking a chance on this property did not pay off and we will not be returning.

Would not call the pool a waterpark. You get 5-6 kids or adults in the pool and it’s packed. Hard to enjoy the waterslide when you have to worry about getting hit at the bottom if you’re swimming or worry about hitting someone when you go down the slide.

Quiet, clean and good breakfast. I didn't use the pool but it looked awesome. Hot rub was out of service for scheduled maintenance.

The kids loved the pool, waterslide, and hot tub. The room was clean but was a bit dated.
