The man at the front desk was extremely rude! I spoke my best Spanish possible to check in & he rudely yelled at me to “speak Spanish!” My husband (Mexican) witnessed this & said sir my wife was speaking Spanish & the man proceeded to argue with my husband & did not apologize to me at all. Then the man at the front desk asked us to sit and wait, after 30 minutes my husband asked what is taking so long? We booked & paid on Expedia. It was obvious this man was rude & making our check in process long & difficult. I would never go back there.

Aging property. Toilet looked like a public one with handle and leaked when you flushed. Shower door sprayed out to toilet even when closed. Carpets were fraying.

The place was clean. They definitely need to upgrade the shower head and toilets. Staff from the food areas a rude making faces and thinking that we didn't have the right to get breakfast. The staff from front desk amazing !!!

This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!
