The included breakfast here was fantastic (we loved it!) and the staff were so kind and accommodating! The only thing that was unfortunate was the smell in our room (414), it definitely smelled of cigarette smoke the 2 nights we stayed there. However, the room was very clean and the bed was very cozy. Despite the smell of smoke, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Swimming pool was not operational, Expedia should mention that in booking time .

My stay here was good like the room is clean the free breakfast was great however, unfortunate The hotel didn’t meet the standards of wheelchair, accessibility my father needs a power chair and use the walker in the room. The bathroom was too small and it was difficult for him to maneuver his power chair because there was very narrow pathways.

Hot breakfasts awesome

Okay hotel, very thin walls. The tv remote didn’t work and when they did get it working the volume couldn’t be used. Perk is they have a basic breakfast that is included.

Rooms are clean, beds have a zippered encasement on the mattress. Free breakfast at the restaurant is standard best western continental breakfast food. Location is near bus and skytrain. Building is oddly set up. The bedroom door of each room leads directly to the outside, the bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom. I was given an adjoining room even though I was the only guest in my party. The soundproofing for the room, likely because it was an adjoining one was not good.

It was a nice place. Clean and overall good amenities. Could hear the road noise a bit and also could supply more shampoo etc.

Arrived an hour after 4pm check in and upon going to our room found housekeeping in there cleaning and room not ready. Felt like they rushed finishing cleaning to get out, floor was wet when we went in and still a dirty floor, water all over the counters by the sink. Walls had lots of liquid streaks on them. 2nd day we went to go back to our hotel and our keys would no longer work, had to go and get that fixed at front desk. It was though they thought our check out was after one day instead of 2. Pool was not open or working. When going to check out on our last day, walked in and a worker behind the desk and another gentleman (not a customer) they clearly knew eachother and were having some sort of disagreement/arguement. Would not stay at this hotel again for the price it is. Not clean, and nothing great about the room for an almost $700 stay.

The hotel has a good breakfast, with parking close to the room. The location is good for going to different areas of the city, and there is a gigantic mall just down the street that has all the stores along with a good food selection to choose from
