Absolutely horrible. I have checked in late around 1 am , couldn’t find asleep until 3am as my non smoking room absolutely reaked of cigarette. Requested a late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm when checking in but that didn’t change anything as the house keepers banged on my door at 8:30 am , and then had a party in front of my room from 9:30 to the moment I wake up. Left to enjoy the complimentary breakfast around 10;45am , had the do not disturb on but my room was cleaned and my hat return to front desk as I was having breakfast… even if had stuff in the room and wanted to go back to shower and do some work prior to take the road. Asked the manager to give me a call as I believe it is unacceptable but never heard a sound despite leaving a message. Absolutely horrible experience.

Belle chambre et bon service

The room was neat and the cleaning staff did a great job. Parking was an issue for our total stay. The parking lot was full in the evening and it was by sheer luck that we found a parking spot.

Everything was great.

Very clean. Check in not as smooth as others. Was given a room on the 2nd floor when we arrived via bike with a trailer and two kids with no elevator... Got that straightened around. Hotel was great otherwise.

Liked the restaurant on site no need to go out

Bel hôtel neuf et spacieux. Deux bémols : 1) Pas de télévision intelligente (p. ex. pour Netflix). 2) Dès notre arrivée le samedi soir, la réception nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était compris mais qu'il ne comprenait qu'un oeuf et du bacon (??!) et qu'il faudrait payer un supplément pour le reste, et aussi qu'il y avait toujours beaucoup de monde pour le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin et qu'il faudrait se rendre au restaurant le matin et donner notre numéro de chambre pour qu'ils nous rappellent quand une table se libérerait. Nous avons décidé d'aller déjeuner ailleurs.

Great hotel and restaurant but parking is challenging

It’s a small and very convenient hotel, with large rooms and comfy beds. We’ve experienced the friendliest restaurant staff ever, kudos for that! The hotel is only 15 min ride to St Sauveur. One thing that management can improve would be to install smart TVs (current remote is hard to figure out and selection of channels is pre-historical), and install phone charging outlets in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel with a very good included breakfast. No apparent bike parking unfortunately
