Great breakfast!

Booked quickly for a pet friendly room due to a family emergency. When we arrived we were booked into the non-pet friendly part of the hotel. They charged us double the pet fee because of it. I would have been okay with this but our room was not really clean. Clothes from another guest in the closet, fingerprints on the closet doors, and damaged furniture. Not sure how the extra cleaning fee would make a difference.

It has everything that you need for You and your family. Rooms are big and pool area is clean. Liquor store and restaurant on site.

Other than Friday and Saturday night having kids running back and forth down the hallways on my floor, everything was good

Hotel and room were very nice. Location access to highway is reason why we chose.

The staff at check in were incredibly rude and we had a flat tire the next morning. So upsetting

Was a quick stop on a road trip.

Staff was very respectful.

Room we were in was renovated, staff very friendly and helpful . We have stayed here many times and we have not been disappointed.

They are in the process of updating some of the rooms. When some children emptied the hot tub the staff were quick in dealing with it.

This was a great hotel for our volleyball team to stay at.

The hot tub jets were barely working. If you choose to book a room adjacent to the Atrium, be warned that it will be noisy.

Restaurant Twelve50 was good. Server over the weekend of April 9 to 12th was excellent and the Bannock Eggs Benny was amazing. Room was ok. I had 2 queen Kitchenette kitchen which had no pots or fry pan and kitchen was only a mini bar fridge that did not do well w keeping things atbsafe food temp.
