Great place, staff are dreadful quite rude, especially in the well being centre. Reception woman at the well being had no manners at all which overall spilt our experience.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and the reception staff always give us a very warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff are amazing- nothing is too much for them. The restaurant served a very varied breakfast and dinner menu with good portions and excellent service from the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Can't believe the bar shuts at 11 especially being a top class hotel and when on Saturday they said that , we all looked at the bar staff especially as there was a major World Cup game on , luckily they saw sense, come on Open till midnight Friday and Saturday

Beautiful hotel with stunning surroundings. Room was lovely & clean and very quiet. Teh shower was fabulous !! We enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant which was extremely reasonably priced. Breakfast was also lovely. I will definitely be back.

Excellent room: clean, well set-up and very comfortable bed. However, the choice of food was was not as tempting as previous visit. At dinner the waiting staff were unable to produce a sharp knife for the steak, and, for the duration of our meal, were busy stepping over or around a napkin on the floor which lay untouched until we had left the dining room. I hope further training has been done.

Really handy for hospital.

I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the peaceful setting along the River Clyde.

Room was alright a bit dated but was nice, the shower had no waste trap and so a smell lingered in the bathroom. The bed was on the firmer side but still comfortable

Very nice hotel and conference center. Clean, comfortable room. Nice bar, restaurant, and lounge, plus fitness center and sauna. Cheaper cafeteria down the hall as well. The Riverside museum is outstanding, only a few minutes away, next to SECC and Hydro. A bit of a drive to Glasgow, though.

All the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptional. Facilities and food were good and everything was reasonably priced.

An amazing hotel out of the craziness of the city Centre. Room was lovely & spacious. The breakfast was fresh & plentiful!

Excellent service from all of the staff. Great light lunch in the Bar, and breakfast the following morning (very nice porridge). This is possibly not the ideal location for a visit to Glasgow City Centre, but there are very cheap rail links into Glasgow Central and local private hire taxis that are also very reasonable. Our usual hotel of choice in the city had not surprisingly more that doubled in price due to a concert at Hampden Park (£340)..we booked the Golden Jubilee for £109 including breakfast and a return taxi for £40! Absolute no brainer!!
