Convenient location and excellent staff. Other good points include the overall cleanliness, waterside and breakfast.

The furniture was extremely worn and beat up. Even the fireplace was all scratched up. The lamp shades were stained. The room door was beat up as though someone had tried to pry it open. The breakfast was very lack luster. The parking was very, very tight. Now, I am a realist. I stayed here due to the lower price point. So, my expectations were not set high. However, I did not expect to get such low quality for the price I paid. I canceled the remaining nights and booked a hotel in Banff for 3x the cost. That was worth every penny.

It was really good and staff were really helpful. It would be good if you could have some big vessels that could be used in microwave.

Loved the fire place!!! Amazing pool and clean room. Breakfast was really good but you have to eat in breakfast area. Only 2 washers and 1 working dryer.

Good sized room, with a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was basic, but enough for a start to the day. Great place with kids, because of the pool and slide. Handy to highway.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Room was spacious. Bathroom was large, shower was small. One thing they definitely need to improve is the bed and pillows. Bed extremely firm and worn. Pillows were very firm. I like somewhat of a firm pillow but they were bad.

The hotel is very well located and has a beautiful view. The breakfast was good and had everything you need. The room could use some updates and a bit more maintenance; however, it was clean. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I traveled with my husband and our children, and we enjoyed our time there.

Stay was great, pool, hot tub & waterslide were great temperature, clean and fun! Gym facility was spacious & clean. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby & the staff were very friendly and helpful!

To clean the room properly, after checking in there was a tissue stuck to the wall not knowing what’s is in it. We asked the staff to clean it but no one did anything

Room was clean. Nice hotel. Only compliant, only 1 elevator, so it took a while to use.
