Best value I’ve come across in years. Clean, great view, friendly/helpful staff and lots of amenities!

I would never stay here again. The place was filthy and falling apart. Drywall falling apart, door falling off the hinges, carpet torn and fraying, floor was not washed and bedsheets were dirty. We asked for another room but the 2nd room was just as bad and on the 3rd floor with burnt out lightbulbs and filthy hallway. I took lots of videos but not photos so can not post them on this form. I was blown away by the condition of the place. Would never stay here again!!

Great restaurant nextdoor. Had an issue in the room with the shower head spraying water everwhere (overtop the shower and all over the bathroom). Probably needed an oring or a bit of teflon tape.

Very cozy spot. Feels more like home away home. Maybe not your new, modern motel/hotel, but the beds were comfortable and I was able to leave my patio door open through the night to enjoy the beautiful ocean air. Very affordable and was perfect for a quick visit to see family.

Will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and breakfast was good enough. The people were very friendly. It was a great deal for a long weekend. I'd stay here again.

The place was rundown didn’t look like the pictures was not worth the price bed need to be replaced.

The room was comfortable but starting to show wear. Little things like the soap dish was upside down and shower curtain too low, fraying of carpet. The staff more than made up for any downfall. They were all so friendly and pleasant, gave us rooms close to each other. The breakfast was very good, and the cook was excellent. Changed breakfast into a good experience and we left with big hugs from him. He’s part of the family now now. So a great rating from us

Great job in the breakfast room; I didn't get to see the pool, maybe next time. I suggest you update the website to say that you do have a shuttle from the airport.

Light out in bathroom and bathtub tsp not working properly

The breakfast was good and had good options. The pool was great. The room got a bit hot but there was a fan in the room to help cool it down. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s a really well located spot with lots of great amenities that could really use some TLC. The breakfast though is a full hot breakfast which is a great find at these price levels.

I don’t think they put much money back into this hotel. It’s kinda old and run down. But the staff are nice.

Room was clean, maintenance needed to fix a few things but overall good.
