Lovely greeting on arrival.The lady in charge runs a tight ship and it shows,nothing too much trouble.Breakfast good but a tad expensive,never the less,en joyed our stay.......

Very impressed as not stayed here for about 9-10 months but the receptionist recognised me as soon as I walked through the door. Nothing is too much trouble and love that it’s spacious but also quiet.

Short staffed, no ac, limited breakfast, room needs updating. Nice shower and bathroom, although small. No lift.

The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep.

Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy

Everything was great with exception of the drain smell in the room. There clearly seems to be an issue with the shower drain emitting a bad odour.

All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful - a very welcoming experience. The hotel is gradually being upgraded so it's evident that care is going into its upkeep.

Great place, friendly staff but booked due to venue having a gym, but this was closed.

A good stop over for the night, a pub next door or you easily get an uber and travel further a field
