How to cancel the trip

The rooms are clean and recently renovated. It’s a conference center with many foreign travelers. Rooms are comfortable and we were able to get connecting rooms. The onsite restaurant servers food. They charge a 12.5% service fee for all food and beverage. This leads to slow service from some staff members. I typically tip 20% but would like have tipped 10% or less based on the service received at lunch. One exception is Denise…she was great at dinner service! Important note regarding the amenities: The property had a swim team practice in the pool when we arrived (from about 1-3pm). The hotel sells gym memberships to locals and there were at least 20 people in the gym between 5pm and 6pm. I went to the gym at 6:30am and most of the 10-12 people using the gym were not hotel guests. It’s fine, but may limit hotel guest access to equipment. We stayed at 3 other properties during this trip in Belize and this was my least favorite.

Loved it there!

The hotel was very clean and my room was quiet and modern. The indoor facilities are compact, but the outdoor bar and restaurants are very pleasant and spacious. Front desk staff were excellent. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Average, dirty hotel room was decent but property is super bland

The property was beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The cuisine was delicious. And the 10 minute proximity to the airport was great.

Place is ok, but shower and water pressure/temperature is not good! Only one person doing omelette that takes so long time if restaurant is full…

The hotel was clean with friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Housekeeping was exceptional. Provided daily services. Front desk staff was also very friendly. They made us feel comfortable after leaving a very bad situation through Expedia booking.

Very nice staff. Van driver very friendly and offering help at every turn. The room had a bit of a “musky” smell. That’s the reason for the 4stars.

The bed was incredible. Soft, yet supportive. I wish I'd had more time to sleep!

Awesome accommodation

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly welcoming. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting that I almost forgot I was away from home. It truly felt like I lived there. From the comfortable accommodations to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Not much to see in Belize City. It was a stop over on our way to San Pedro, close to the airport.

The Karaoke @7p on Friday was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. And their location is perfect.

We only stayed one night between flights. But we had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Also great restaurant for an evening meal and drinks!
