Absolutely not a four star hotel, minimal amenities, dire breakfast, and walls so thin you could hear the bedtime conversations of your room neighbors on both sides.

Clean quiet but fit not worth the price It’s 15 minutes walk from bus to Alhambra ! The metro is 4 minute walk ! The hotel calked taxis that took me all over Granada and stole my money !! They forgot my wakeuo call the African maid and breakfast manager were excellent and it’s quiet to sleep ! But won’t stay there again

Clean room and friendly, professional staff.

Property is closer to 20 minutes taxi to Alhambra as quoted by the Front Desk. Laundry self service is not available but just 50 meters there is one. The location was under whelming initially but once we got used to the streets we could connect to lots of great restaurants, cafes, and attractions by foot within 15 minutes. The savings from hotel afforded us more tours and attractions.

Hotel had good amenities and staff were friendly and approachable but the room was quite dirty. Breakfast was good with a nice buffet selection. Location was good, as it was close to shops and tourist areas but not too noisy at night.

La propiedad tiene buena ubicación, limpieza, variedad en desayuno. El único detalle son las camas que son dos camas pequeñas juntas. Aunque ya lo sabíamos pero deben tener la opcion de una cama grande. El otro detalle que no fue agradable es que el aire no se sentia y no se podia graduar para ponerlo un poco más frio.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating but the queen room was compact and did not have great AC. They offered to change us but only on the second night.

The staff is very friendly and location within easy walking distance to central city. Rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet wonderful. The parking is plentiful but is via a car elevator that is unusual for us Americans. Fold your mirrors in before entering the elevator. Park in front of hotel first to check-in, drop luggage, and then get instructions on using the elevator next to the hotel. The roof top terrace and pool with sun chairs is a hidden gem affording views of the Sierra Nevada beyond the city. The only sad part is that the roof has no lights so they secure at 20:00 withour providing the opportunity for a evening swim or enjoyment.

La calefacción no se podia quitar porque la tienen en modo general y el cuarto era un horno, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. El interiorismo del hotel es viejo y las cortinas de terciopelo lo hacian aun mas tétrico y ofrecia un ambiente pesado. La coladera del baño apestaba a caño por lo que tuvimos que cerrar la puerta. No nos gusto nada y un pequeño detalle para quien lleve auto pues el hotel tiene parking pero coches largos y altos no entran en el elevador, tuvimos que dejarlo en el parking publico de enfrente y el hotel no ofrece descuento por haberlo dejado ahi.

Don't be fooled with the 4 stars from the front logo. The hotel is clean and the room was ok but is far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe was in the seventies. Not anymore.However room was spotless with a large clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Walking distance from town centre with a supermarket 1 minute away and a very close tram station.

good hotel, not the best best area but we enjoyed it nonetheless

Staff was helpful. Close to sights and dining. Paid parking right next door.
