It is very clean, bedroom number 2024 on second floor (double deluxe) was spacious, nice and warm, beds very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Good breakfast. Will return again.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, loved the opening windows unlike some hotels, great having fresh air in the room. Friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Will definitely be staying there again!

First time staying in the Big Blue, decent hotel but the staff made it really special, was celebrating my 40th birthday and wanted to give a special mention to Dave who was so lovely and made the birthday celebrations special for me and my family

The room was a good size and very clean as was the whole hotel great buffet breakfast plenty of choices also cater to anyone with specific dietary requirements. Will definitely be going back.Only slight problem was mattresses very firm used to mine being a bit softer highly recommend

We had a lovely stay but did not take advantage of the restaurant etc. however, room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but I do prefer pillow like mattresses. Other than that, it was great.

Waited so long at the bar the first night that we ended up leaving. Ordered room service 2nd night which took longer than we were told but was nice. Price for parking was shocking and if we had realised before booking with have gone elsewhere which we will do in future

We booked at short notice and had not realised this is a hotel that is geared for children, if that is what we wanted it would have got a 5 star review but alas it was not for us. No problems with anything and for me looking out of my window at the big dipper rides on the Blackpool Pleaseure Beach was not a problem, in fact it was nice to see!
