After our amazing stay in November at this same hotel, we booked again but sadly this time our stay fell very short of expectations. For the money spent I expect a premium experience and this was not the case. The lifts were filthy for a start, and so were some of towels in our room. The bathroom door took some force to close properly and some lights flickered in the room. Cocktails were advertised in the bar but they were not being served, we ended up going back to Wetherspoons. Staff did not even offer the VIP entrance passes into the park, we had to go back and ask since I found my brother had received one from Boulevard Hotel he was staying in. Staff were nowhere near as attentive as our November trip and fell really short this time. Not impressed.

I have nothing negative to say, everything and everyone were just fantastic.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly. Room was serviced well. Comfortable bed. Room had a fridge and fire place with comfortable seating giving it a homely feel. Only slight problem was no rails what so ever to assist getting in or out of bath.

There was empty pint pots outside our room on arrival.. although the room itself smelt and looked clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well organised and pleasant experience. Carpark is is a free for all (good luck) Overall a little pricey for what you get. Cheaper options around.

Lovely stay but for the price point I would expect friendly staff on reception and slightly better quality food. However this wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Great hotel. Very clean, room comfortable. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Helpful reception staff. Easy to park, great location for exploring Blackpool. Our go-to hotel for holidays here.

Breakfast was mostly fresh, much preferred the service pre Covid ie teapots brought to tables not a big fan of coffee and tea machines however realise why this has been done . On this occasion parking didn’t apply to us.

Really lovely stay. Rooms are always nice, staff are friendly and the breakfast was delicious. A really great stay when visiting the Pleasure Beach.

Food was great and would highly recommend eating here. Breakfast is expensive when not booked as part of the room deal. One of the reasons that we booked this hotel was as they had charging stations however when we did eventually find them we were unable to use the three pin connector available.

The air conditioning was effective, The room was spotless. Definitely stay there again

Nice enough room, think they could up the quality of the instant coffee, decent shower, consistent hot water, Tv only had 1 tv channel and could not re tune it so missed the Americans bomb bomb bomb Iran!

I struggled to find a plug for a charger. Finally found one behind the TV but I had to unplug the tv box. Rooms looking a bit tired but they were clean. Staff v friendly. I read online that parking was £10 for a night but I was charged £20 because I booked through Expedia!
