I purchased a king bed and they said they ran out and gave me 2 full sized beds. Ridiculous.

Clean room, if we paid for 4 persons, common sense is to provide 4 towels no 2.! No bar available 😅. Only restaurant outside hotel. Old mattress!!!!!! Pls change mattress. Otherwise good location, close to border.

Staff and amenities as they didn’t have extra pillows or towels even if the hotel was empty. Also, restroom door was locked and I ask the front desk and they said there is anythin they can do until the next morning. Never will go back. Horrible customer service

Everything was great

The room was just okay, the bathroom service was terrible since there was no hot water for showering even though they moved me to another room.

No abia agua caliente, pague dinero extra para el desayuno y el restaurante estaba cerrado no me dieron reembolso, me mintieron que me iban a mandar WhatsApp para cuando abrieran el restaurante y nunca me hablaron

La tina del baño muy vieja al igual que el cajón debajo d ella tv !!

Great hotel

The room had hairs everywhere. The bathroom smelled so bad idk if it was the sewer or pee. The sheets looked dirty. Rooms don't even have a phone. Everything looks very old.

The room was very spacious. The housekeeper was very nice. Housekeeping for extra. He brought them to us really fast. She’s a nice lady.

Due to severe weather conditions, electricity went out and we were in the dark for a few hours. No water either. Other than that good place to stay. Clean and friendly

The beds were hard but overall it was ok and clean

There are no phones in the rooms and the people Above my room where loud and I was not able to rest and there was no phone to contact the front desk and I was not going to walk all around to go get them

Room was plain. No coffee No nothing. Heat didn’t work
