Room was good for myself, partner and two children. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Only surprise was no tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

Dramatic lobby. Rooms not so spectacular but perfectly good. Decent breakfast.

Room was dirty - full of dust and stains on the walls. Asked for and got another room, it was as dirty as the first one. Hence, it was not unlucky, just poor cleanliness on the hotels part. Also, the hotel was full of kids who was attending some football camp or something, meaning young teenagers playing pranks, constant running in the corridors and slamming doors late at night. It was hard to relax and get some rest. Finally, we opted for the breakfast takeaway-bag, it was uninspiring to say the least and lacked some human touch (for example, no spoon so we’re left eating tougher with a fork). Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

We stayed few nights while visit family in the neighbourhood. Hotel is comfortable and very friendly staff. We also used their car parking under the hotel for convenience. Breakfast is plentiful, although they are struggling to keep up with cleaning tables and freeing it for the next customer. We would come back again

Great hotel walking distance to castle, arena, dining and shopping. Nice gym/spa on 7th floor. Great breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was comfy and clean, excellent breakfast and we loved the fabulous relaxation centre. Only thing we would have liked but didn't have was a fridge in the room. Will definitely stay here again next time were in Örebro.

Perfekt läge precis vid Örebro Södra och Conventum med en kort promenad till centrum. Personalen mötte gästerna med leenden och god service utan att upplevas som för påträngande. Perfekt för ett par som vill utforska Örebro och bara vara.

Rummet var inte i de bästa skicket väldigt slitet skulle jag säga. Inte ordentligt städat var de heller.. de var kladdigt på golven och även dammigt. Rummen skulle behöva en rejäl uppgradering samt att införskaffa en större tv som är smart TV så man kan streama.

Huoneet olivat perussiistit ja aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen. Miinuksena vastaanoton ruuhkat, johtuen varmaan liian pienestä henkilökuntamäärästä, ja parkkihalli oli ihan vitsi koska siellä oli ihan liian pienet parkkiruudut ja kahtena päivänä ei löytynyt pysäköintiruutua vaikka oli maksanut pysäköinnistä.
