Very expensive hotel so we expected it to be nice. The pool should never close because they are overcapacity that is completely unacceptable. Nice that you didn’t have to pay for parking. The stay was fine but the hotel was very overpriced.

Staff was really slow. Toilet also did not work and the bathroom had a very strong smell that was not pleasant.

The suite we stayed in was disgusting. Hair everywhere. Even in the fridge. Snot on the walls in the bedroom. Coffee grinds all over the counter. We complained at the front desk. They asked us to email pictures to them and said they would do a deep clean. They only cleaned 50% of the things needed to be cleaned. It is a beautiful property but for the price and how filthy it was, I would not recommend at all.

Pool very nice but if it’s a nice day and you go later you may be refused if there are to many people. There is the option of the indoor one if outdoor is full which is good
