We only stayed one night so hard to gauge, parking was great, room seemed very clean, no pool, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Only one concern is that the bathroom door didn't close properly.

The beds are rock hard so very little sleep. Room was musty smelling and continental breakfast was very limited to selection Would pass on staying here

Although we had a few issues, staff were pleasant in providing accommodations towards customer satisfaction.

The hotel was newly renovated and was pretty clean... except they forgot to re install all of the smoke alarms while construction going on in other rooms. I am pretty sure that is illegal and pretty unsafe.

Renovated rooms are great. Look so nice!. Exterior needs to be done but that will come soon hopefully. Rooms are so newly renovated, they still need an iron and hair dyer. Will definitely book again.

Check in time was at 3 pm however, it wasn't available until 3:50 pm. It was very noisy as the next room over was slamming the doors very very often. We were given 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for a room with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was put away before 10:00 am. However, the worker did offer to bring it out of storage if I wanted.

Needs more ashtray and the bed was ok a little hard,but it was a nice place staff was great parking was good room was very clean coffee was the best that we had in awhile at a motel we stay at Hotel and motels every 6 month.

Short staffed. Had to ask for shampoo ect.

Nice remodel. Excellent staff.

Building looks old but the interior is being renovated.

Did not have the room advertised and paid for and instead had a double room on second floor. As I'm an amputee with one leg this was incredibly inconvient. Because I had already paid for room options were limited. The hotel is under renovations and not overly clean areas nor did we feel the room had been cleaned. Wouldn't stay here again

Still under construction and maintenance, housekeeping only cleans room when you check out. The floors were so dirty you didn't want to take off your shoes. Maybe once renovations are complete it will be OK, but no where do they let you know in advance that it is under renovations or maintenance.

Parking was good & it was nice & quiet

Very basic hotel, under renovations as it converts to a new hotel chain. Room was clean but the bathroom faucets could use a refresh or cleaning.

Showed up at regular check in hours for our hotel, only to find out they had overbooked the hotel and did not have a room that we requested. What unacceptable practice. Travelling with one minor and one adult, they could only offer a single bed when we booked two queen beds non smoking. The hotel refused to cooperate, no refund, no partial refund, no offer of remedy, and only through further escalation to Expedia did they begrudgingly give us the room WE PAID FOR on the second day. Totally disgusting behaviour and horrible customer service. With absolutely no due respect, stay away from this establishment with a ten foot pole.

The front desk lady was kind and helpful but that’s where it ended. The rooms were nothing like the pictures and the place was a dump. DO NOT STAY THERE

Staff was friendly, location was perfect. Breakfast was included, coffee was fresh. Our room wasnt really clean though and had too much funiture in it. Looks like they are renovating the hotel and our room was a storage room for extra funiture

Staff were lovely. The room was average, but there was no bath plug, and the fridge and microwave didn’t work, which was one of the reasons I booked this room.

Our room was smaller than the image appears, buildings are in need of repair, shower was surprisingly great!!
