Very quiet area. Safe

So amazing we stayed a second time in the same trip. See my previous review for full details. If you're in Madrid for any length of time, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded every expectation.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, with usb sockets and all the things needed for a short stay on the edge of madrid

Breakfast was great and the hotel and staff are first class. It takes a little effort to get to the main attractions but we navigated the subway and used Ubers when time was a constraint. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Will book again

Loved the green room to relax after a hard days site seeing. Great breakfast. Sustainability efforts felt reasonably genuine for once. Close to metro gave us good mobility.

The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but pretty far from downtown Madrid. I enjoyed the stay.

Este hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas para una experiencia maravillosa en Madrid. Si bien no está cerca del centro hay una estación de metro a 10 minutos la cual te conectará con la ciudad. El staff fue muy amable y el desayuno delicioso. ¡Sin duda escogí un hotel 10/10 para mis vacaciones en Madrid!

The a/c wasn’t working and the room was hot.

The hotel was lovely, the breakfast yummy and the room good and clean.

This hotel is great. Not super convenient to downtown but the metro is like 5 minute walk maybe 10 when you are tired from walking all over downtown. Metro is super efficient and great to use and the hotel is in a cute little suburban neighborhood so pretty quiet and you will see lots of locals in the area. Hotel focuses on eco-environmentally friendly stuff so i love that. Room was quite large and was clean, bed was comfortable - i passed out the minute i turned the light off. I would definitely stay here again. Great price too. Would be nice to have a pool though there is a gym available.

What an excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood, and readily accessible via the metro (the Barrio de Concepción train station is only a 7-10 minute walk away) and the bus (the 21 bus only 25 feet from the hotel entrance). The hotel does have a ramp for anyone who cannot do stairs (or is lugging giant suitcases, like we did). The room was spacious, and well designed. Super clean, too. Plenty of room to unpack and unwind. The breakfast buffet is among the best I've had, if not the best. Also 24/7 coffee bar and water station. There's also free beer and wine available, in addition to juice and tea. Tapas are available in the afternoon, though we did not take advantage as we were out and about all day. The staff is super polite and helpful. They provided us with recommendations to explore Madrid, how to get there (via public transit), and even arranged a taxi for us on the day we left. We loved the hotel so much we'll be returning there to close out our time in Madrid. Highly recommend this place!

All womderful! Would come back any time.

On the negative side: This hotel is quite far from downtown Madrid, but in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are ok, but lacks storage dresser or cabinets. No night stands just a small table. The bathroom door is all glass so there is no privacy. Small elevators (max 6 persons). On the posite side: Breakfast is excellent and attendats and cooks are very friendly. Food was great.
