Get the ocean view room. Staff works hard be kind and tip. Make sure pool renovation is complete, was not able to enjoy. Included breakfast was limited but gets u on your way! Casino - we don’t gamble. Stayed here after 5 days in San Ignacio doing adventure tours. Good location- taxis always waiting, tried different restaurants, did tuk tuk ride, local regatta and canoe annual festivals. Minutes from airport. Ferry nearby but water too rough so we skipped the cayes.

Lovely water view from our room, a deck would have been a bonus. Very family friendly, will be even more so once the pool is finished being renovated.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ramada Belize City Princess Hotel and we truly enjoyed our time there. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we felt welcomed. The vibe was warm, the views were beautiful, and everything just felt right. The manager was wonderful and the entire staff was kind and professional. Everyone we came across greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I really have to highlight Sylvin in the restaurant because he made our stay extra special. From day one, he was so friendly and attentive. He remembered us, checked on us, and made sure we were comfortable every time we dined there. One evening we came back from our day trip to Guatemala and I casually mentioned that my feet were hurting and that I was going upstairs to relax. We ordered our food to the room. A little while later, Sylvin surprised us by sending up a foot bowl with warm water and flowers so my husband could soak and massage my feet. I was not expecting that at all. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. That small act meant so much to me and showed how much he truly cares about the guests. The food was delicious every time. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We especially enjoyed breakfast each morning. It was a great way to start our day. Overall, we had a beautiful experience, but what really stood out was the hospitality. Thank you to the manager, the staff, and especially Sylvin!

This hotel is extremely run down rooms are dirty and all attentions to detail are not close to being looked at.

It was nice and it was very clean. There was an issue with the water when I was there, but they were very prompt about making sure it was OK

The room was decent. Clean enough and the hotel itself was nice. Outdoor is a little worn down but it's a humid country so I expected that.

Air conditioner did not work in firs

The hotel is definitely undergoing renovations. The swimming pool was empty and dry. We were not informed of that at check in.

Ocean view was fabulous. Restaurant had wonderful breakfast as well.

picked as it was close to airport. Older hotel not very well maintained. does the job if you need to spend a night.

The hotel is very decrepit. It is NOT a Ramada property.

The pool bar was not open as apparently there had been a fire. The gift shop was also not open, not sure why.

The restaurant menu is very limited, the only thing I found that could be improved.

Excellent hotel didn't have any issues with the service. The breakfast was great the front desk staff was genuinely nice and the location is perfect. The casino has a live band, drinks that's available for the guests and would recommend going as I will be going back
