Our room was clean and well kept. Every staff member that I encountered over the 2 stay was kind, respectful and helpful.

Large clean comfortable room. The newer shower with the half glass door tends to get water on the floor though. Could not stay for breakfast as our flight was early. Sadly, no option to take fruit or yogurt with us, even though I asked.

Very helpful to have an excellent gym and a Montana’s restaurant in the building.

Very spacious clean room. Pool area clean. Enjoyed Montana's in the hotel very good . Complimentary breakfast was simple and good.

Clean rooms

I was quite shocked at how rundown the rooms are. Lots of damage and not the cleanest. Great pool for the kids with the slide and handy with the restaurant in the hotel. Appreciated the shuttle service to the airport as well.

The room very clean

Breakfast selection was very good, always warm/hot along with coffee. Only complaint was intermittent availability of take away take away coffee cups and lids.

This was a great one night stay before a flight. Nice comfortable and clean room. Ate just before Montannas closed. Wasn't able to use free breakfast vouchers. Starbucks in room coffee with real mugs and non dairy creamer was appreciated. Shuttle service was a bonus. Would stay again.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would rate them as excellent. I was served by Mary twice of the 3x. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as always.

2 nights of parents from various sports teams partying in the parking lot past midnight and kids running & screaming in the halls until midnight. Very difficult to fall asleep at night. Breakfast, they ran out of fruit and anything gluten free by 7:30am. So, if you have severe food allergies, the free breakfast is non existent as well. We tried again earlier the next morning and they ran out even earlier. Staff couldn’t do anything as I booked through hotels.com. Very disappointing as the rooms are beautiful & clean.

Great stay prior to flight

The hotel room was very quiet, nice and dark to allow kids to sleep in. I liked the water running by the pool & restaurant. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was right outside the kitchen, so it was loud with dishes clinking until after midnight. It was extremely loud every time the air conditioner kicked in, so loud it startled our son awake a few times throughout the night and I would wake up every time it started up. The bed was also pretty bad with a big indent in the middle where my husband and I would just roll into! Pool, slide and hot tub are great and it was super handy to have the Montanans right in the hotel. If it wasn’t for the really loud room I would recommend this hotel to others!

It was a Mothers Day staycation with my son. My son loves the pool and the bed is comfortable.

Nisku in is always great, good breakfast, great pool, clean and helpful if we need it

Rooms are nice but quite loud. Could hear water draining from above and housekeeping would be vacuuming either across the hall or the hallway at 7:30am or earlier. Other than that great place
