Comfortable bed. Bit noisy between hallway sounds and heater/air conditioner. Some rooms don’t have outdoor windows.

The room smelled bad & it was way too noisy

Food was great for breakfast, Montana’s was great for drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant

Halls need to be supervised at night. Kids yelling and screaming and playing hockey in hallways.

Room was kinda clean...you could tell the shower base hadnt been properly scrubbed in some time...we found fake lashes all over our bathroom floor ( I don't wear them so was prior to us) shower esthetically looked nice but when you can't actually close the bathroom door and there is next to no water pressure and luke warm is as hot as it gets....it gets cold in there fast...we were there for a hockey tournament so we didn't spend any time to try any other amenities out.

Shower head to clogged up had zero water pressure. Walls in room beat up and dirty, pool area dirty no towels, jets not working in hot tub, hot tub water was super dirty and had lots of hair and stuff floating in it. free breakfast had gone down hill. Staff is nice. Bar had karaoke and had an amazing waitress. Prices keep going up for this property but the conditions are getting worse. Sad as this used to be one of our go to places for flying out of Edmonton.

The room was very nice and clean.

Bar service was nice, friendly and no wait for service. Dinner at the dinning area was good, we could have had it served in the lounge but the sit down at a dining table was nice.

Every time we am in Edmonton we stay here friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean rooms pool area is great which my grandson loves. We would highly recommend this place for everybody’s next stay

My daughter loved the pool. Everything was clean and the staff were fantastic. The amenities are slightly dated but th value is excellent we will return.
