What a beautiful hotel in such a special city!

The location was wonderful: quiet, yet with easy access to everything we wanted. The staff was amazing at every level, from reception to concierge to waitstaff to housekeeping.

Stayed here because friends were. Old hotel, lobby dated. Room updated and nice. Very poor signage and difficult finding hotel. There was an old entrance with name of hotel but locked and obviously abandoned. Very small entrance, on a side street, with flag over entrance which didnʻt have name of hotel on it. Canʻt remember what the name on the flag was. I commented about this to valet and he just said "I donʻt make the rules". Name was on door about 3-4 inches in height, in gold and not able to be seen from car. Our internet in the room didnʻt work. Youʻd sign on and in a minute or two it would disconnect. Worked best in bathroom, not ideal! We talked to the front desk people and I felt they thought we were doing something wrong. They said theyʻd send someone up but we didnʻt take them up on it because it was so intermittent and we were sure it would work when they came up. At check out we told them again about the internet and our trouble shooting (5 different devices and multiple locations.). He thanked us for our diligence but didnʻt offer any compensation. Hotel expensive and charged extra for parking. Though unable to know or calculate their exchange rate, by my calculations charged about $50 more than the going exchange rate. Overall poor experience.

Great hotel!

Stay here! Old Quebec is split into two areas (upper and lower) and this beautiful hotel is right in the heart of the lower area steps away from everything.

Service is wonderful. Felt very pampered. The car and luggage were all handled quickly. The lovely treats left for us were a very nice touch. And they allowed us to delay checkout. Bar Artefact special as always and tried Coteau for first time - exceptional! Recommend the wine pairing. So fun!

The staff at the auberge were outstanding, offering exceptional customer service.

The Auberge St. Antoine is In the heart of the historic district surrounded by hip cafes, world class museums, Michelin restaurants, antique shops and natural beauty, specifically the majestic st. Lawrence Seaway. Everything is within walking distance of this spectacular boutique hotel.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Great room. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant is fabulous.

Clean hotel, great location!

The staff was lovely, room clean and well appointed with a view of the river and little balcony. I liked the heated floors in the bathroom and my husband loved the bath tub. As a tea drinker, I also appreciated a separate tea kettle so the tea water doesn’t taste of coffee Location was excellent

We visited Quebec City for a family winter vacation and had an amazing stay at this hotel, which certainly added to our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the gym and sauna of very high quality and the service was truly exceptional. The concierge was genuinely helpful when we needed to book a round trip ride a remote destination. The buffet breakfast in the morning is the best there is. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back!

Lovely old character hotel with wonderful staff

No warning on hotel website of construction noise that starts at 8 am during the week.

Unsecured network although front desk kept insisting it was secure. Archaic tvs in the room. $40 for a drink in the bar. I have never paid $40 for a drink anywhere in Europe nor the US. Even the Fairmont charges $32 for that same drink but there is a view and service. Unacceptable. It’s too bad because the rooms are comfortable so charging those kind of bar prices makes the whole experience a negative. Technology in this day and age should match the prices of the hotel.
