- Guest laundry very dirty - woke up and found used ladies panties in my bed. I am a man and did not have any female overnight guests. - Elevator did not stop evenly with floor.

Nice and accommodating, good breakfast, close to my family who we were visiting. Comfortable and clean. Ty.

Checked in late and went to bed. Desk clerk knocked on door and told us he made a mistake and we had to move rooms. We told him we were in bed already and couldn’t we move in the morning. He refused and made us get dressed, repack and move. Rooms were similar and equally as comfortable. Spoke to manager in the morning and he apologized but did’ t even offer any remediation.

Most things were fine but the breakfast hot foods need much to b desired. The yogurt selection is not has good has it use to be.

Rooms were small and inadequate for the price and didn't match the description. The air conditioner was noisy and cut on and off all through the night waking me up constantly. The beds were uncomfortable. The included breakfast was totally unappealing, crammed into a small space which was poorly ventilated and it looked like it had been attacked by a herd of savages. There was no apparent supervision of the self-serve counter and there was food all over the place, except in the serving dishes. We did not eat there at all in any of our 3 night stay. There's a swimming pool and a tiny gym. I would never go back

The room was very clean, nice environment.

The pool was very nice - the towels were gone, but they quickly brought more when we called it to their attention. The hot tub was VERY hot but once I adjusted was quite nice. Breakfast was similar - lots of food, but as it vanished they kept bringing more in and let people stay a bit late for it. Rooms were comfortable and I slept very well.

Not worth the price. Hot tub and pool dirty. Backdoors and key cards not working had to walk all the way around. Pool patio very unwelcoming. Room was nice. Cleaning could be much better. Hot breakfast was very poorly done and not much available.

Good stay!

We have stayed here before. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. We really appreciate having microwave and fridge in the room. Should the need to replace fridge, I would suggest that the units have a freezer compartment to keep freezer packs frozen for use when leaving at the end of their stay. The accessible room with the roll in shower with a fold down bench was a welcome amenity. The tv could use these channels: CHCH Hamilton, TCM, PBS (Buffalo) Normally, the complimentary breakfast is very good with lots of choice and very clean but currently, the breakfast room is being renovated. Moving the breakfast to a conference room, though might work as a stop gap but there were glitches. There was no coffee and when it finally arrived in a thermal pump operated jug it was way too strong - it was thick like mud and despite filling the cup half way with coffee and the rest with cream, it was still too strong. I only found hot water to dilute the coffee or to make tea was on the opposite side of the room in a non-thermal jug - it was tepid. The juices were watery because they were in jugs with ice which melted and diluted the juices too much. The scrambled eggs, sausages, home-fries were good. The waffle station was very popular. Fresh fruit was available. I trust when the breakfast is moved back to the Breakfast Room, the glitches will be resolved. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Conveniently located near the highway. We would gladly return to this hotel.

Breakfast was ok, parking is free, wifi was free. the location was great, right next to the QEW freeway. the neighbor was safe.

Was alright, pictures online are definitely not what the rooms are. Not worth the price in my opinion.
