The facilities were excellent and the room was very clean . The staff friendly and the meals were varied and well prepared.The location was very close to a large shopping centre and local amenities as well as a railway station

I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin and the highlight of my trip. The staff are the best I’ve come across, incredible attention to detail, highly intelligent and intuitive. Special thanks to Domenico who was incredibly kind to all guests and you can tell how passionate he is about being hospitable and making everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks also to Mandeep for their attentiveness without being claustrophobic. I mentioned in passing that I had a slight headache, and one of the staff got me special gadget that releases tension and improves sleep. Right to the doormen, smiles and care all around. Excellent team.

Excellent all around and the location is just perfect. Staff are the highlight at this property- they go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable.

Everything here was first class, from the wonderful doormen to the food, rooms and facilities. It was our first ever stay at a Ritz and we will be telling everyone how amazing it was for a long time to come. It is also in a brilliant location for exploring Berlin and getting to/from the airport by public transport. We will most definitely be back.

Overall very nice hotel. The trimmings, such as the room doors are exquisite wood. The rooms themselves are very nice, well furnished, and excellent temperature control.

All staff including frontdesk and conciege is well-trained and professional. Room is clean and spaceous. This is the best hotel so far we have stayed in Europe.

Where do I begin? The Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria provided the most perfect and memorable backdrop for my birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. They truly made my birthday feel magical. The hotel itself is breathtaking, and we are so grateful for the wonderful accommodation that made our stay so special. This will be a cherished memory for my husband and me for years to come.
