Very clean rooms, lots of parking,

The room itself a was very clean and everything was organized and spacious. The things that weren’t enjoyable were: 1) The beds. They were not comfortable at all. 2) The towels were all very small. Almost impossible to dry off after a shower. 3) The shower and bathroom were very slippery. Having to step into and out of the shower was a risk.

Staff were very helpful. We traveled with my elderly grandparents, and the front desk directed us to the elevator, and mentioned it goes right down to the underground parking. TVs have chromecast, it was a great feature. As we were still catching up on some shows. Beds felt great. Hotel has been updated, few little details left out, but not a big deal. There is underground parking which is convenient. Would stay here again on my next visit to Kingston.

The king room was huge, with a really big, double sink bathroom. I liked being able to easily cast my different streaming channels from my phone onto a nice size television. Hotel is very convenient to downtown.

I spent only one night in this hotel and everything seems normal and matches the description of the website. I didn’t have any issues during my time in this hotel.

Our room was right next to the door to the stairs and elevator so it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

Everything was great. The only issue was low water pressure in the shower. Wood, but I would totally stay again.!!

This hotel slightly exceeded my expectations for an affordable stay in Kingston. It has a pleasant and spacious lobby and the room was clean and practical. The bathroom was very nice with enough room for two.

Water pressure in shower was the only downfall. Otherwise great. Location not downtown

Decent hotel with adequate amenities.

Parking was free, but needed a bit of TLC. To the hotel credit’s there was evidence of the parking lot being resuscitated. The general exteriors of the building needs a lot of tlc and needs to be better visible to prospective guests.

I stay at the Strata every time I'm in Kingston, and it's always a consistent experience. Renovated, bright rooms, very clean, excellent staff, quiet, central location, free parking right out front. Price point is much better than competing hotels.

Overall good- communication was good for a complete automated check in- found the room very tight overall for 3.
