Spacious 2bedroom, clean but needs updating. Needs new curtains and block out curtains. Bathroom kinda small. Good location. Good coffee! Starbucks!

Ok hotel - it could use some upgrades in the plumbing.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. I really liked the japanese style bidet toilet and spacious kitchen.

My room was great, staff were friendly and it was a good location.

The heated bidet was the highlight for me.

I booked the 2 bedroom suite and was very impressed. The size was wonderful, room was clean, location is fantastic, the staff are very pleasant and the bidet was a great touch!

The suite was clean and the housekeeping was great. Suite was exactly as advertised and was spacious. Staff was great

Walls are a little thin so hallway noise could be heard.

i like that it has a functioning kitchen complete with utensil, pots, kives, cutting board platea cupas ang glasses. they evn included a dishwashing liquid so you can eat take outs in the room. the location is perfect.

Staff were not very welcoming or accomodating.

the suite is outstanding! they have everything: cookware, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, basically everything you need! even though there was a bit dust inside the cupboard (behind the A/C machine), its not a big deal for me

Excellent hotel the suites are spacious and fully equipped with everything that you need for comfortable stay. The location is excellent. Just two blocks down to the tram system and one / two Streets down to 5th or 6th ave and you will find bus stops to take you anywhere you want to go and also plenty of shops and eateries. There’s a huge Dollarama one street down on 5th Avenue where you will find everything you could ever need. The staff are fantastic and a Taxi to and from the airport will run you about $55 in peak traffic definitely recommend this hotel for its amenities. / staff and location

It’s an old apartment, needs a serious renovation

I stayed for one night and worked well but recommend if you are staying for longer. Good location and full suite with fridge. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Had an interesting toilet which I feel might have doubled as a bidet. I was afraid to check though. All was good with the stay. Nice that they have parking onsite and the price is not ridiculous ($25 for day with in/out privileges)
