Very spacious room, super clean, staff friendly BUT the bathroom was old ant the shaver have a curtain and the bed was just ok specially because the pillow was uncomfortable and had lumps…so it’s a good deal for the price but it’s not more thant that.

Property was clean. Recently renovated. Room was decent. Recently renovated bathroom and main room. Clean. No odors. Would stay here again. Close to the mall and Costco/box store shopping areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Got a late checkout which was nice to get. Ice machine was functioning.

We had an ant infestation in the room. Bedside lights didn't work, phone didn't work. WiFi was horrible. Kids screaming in the hallways. Would not recommend.

Staff were friendly. We stayed in a suite, very well appointed and modern. View was excellent. One small thing: elevator clearly hasn't been updated. Bit of a musty smell. Overall, wonderful stay. Will be our new "go-to" spot when we are in town.

The big advantage is the closeness to the downtown and surrounding area as right on Regent Street that leads you to most locations . The staff are great and the restaurant is very good especially the breakfast. The room was very modern and clean. The only issue was the internet and staff noted to me that the IT personnel were in the process of upgrading . I would recommend the facility.

Room was excellent. Walked a long way to the pool area, we are handicapped. Found out the hot tub did not work, very disappointing.

Rooms are updated with modern amenities. Comfortable beds and very clean. The public areas are a bit tired.

Great place to stay all around! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and in walking distance of the Mall, IMax Theater, Walmart and restaurants. Has a pool and hot tub that were clean and accessible. Great breakfast and very budget friendly.

The traditional cable TV will be good for whitenoise, but you dont get Netflix or Disney Plus.

Fine breakfast and great waitress. Like the bar at night for a quiet nightcap.
