Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice, clean room. Comfortable beds. Reasonably priced.

We checked in before time. The room was ready and we received all informations at front desk. Room a bit small but very clean. Base on a one night stay. We would go back anytime.

An older property that could really use a major renovation

I have stayed 4 different hotels on my trip to Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, and this one is the worst. So many things I want to complain about, I have to carefully order them. 1. Room was super hot on my first night there, even after I turned the thermostat to lowest. I had to complain to front desk the next morning and the lady there sent a service worker to fix it. She responded quickly, for that I’m giving a 2 star, otherwise it will be 1 star. 2. I booked family suite, which is big enough, but all family suites are right next to main road and across from railroad. The train runs whole night. Do NOT book their family suites. 3. Their WIFI doesn’t work, especially in living room of family suite. 4. I booked for 3 guests but they only gave us 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I fully understand the environmental impact of detergent but I don’t think we 3 can finish showering with that.

The room had a kitchen well equipped for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. The room was hot. Although the little ac unit was working but it was noisy. We made sure to shut our curtains in the afternoon sun so to avoid the heat. But even with that, it was very warm. The hot tubs were nice. The location excellent

The room was very hot and the AC was very loud it kept shutting off every 20mins and restarting all night. Very annoying. Also the shower door is broken and it won't stay shut. Probably won't ever come back due to these reason. Had a poor sleep.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Walkable. Great spot especially for the price!

This place was amazing. When we checked in the front staff offered us a free upgrade. Super friendly people.

Room was a bit musty smelling at times but clean and well maintained property. Well stocked kitchenette with suuplies for cooking. Saunas, hot tubs and pool are dated.

I was very disappointed with the Air conditioning unit which when on sounded a little like a wind turbine ceasing.

What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Throughout our month-long motorcycle journey, we stayed in many places, but nowhere else matched the friendliness and professionalism we experienced here. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to be helpful.

For covers on the bed was a warm duvet but no sheet. If hot, there wasn't anything to use as a light cover. Also I found the pillows way too thick
