The room was comfortable, bed was great to sleep on, barhroom nice nd big. Also so nuce to have restaurant in hotel.

One of our rooms - the tv didn’t work, and the heat didn’t work. Called front desk and they said maintenance had gone home for the night already

The room was fine but the shower was ridiculous. The only way to turn on the water was to step into the shower and hope the temperature was set properly beforehand because you get soaked just turning it on. Terrible for an "upgraded room"

Over warm in hallways. No free breakfast. The living room in suite had no way to cool down. The outside wall to our suite was the stairwell which was terribly noisy. Parking was lacking because it is shared with 2 chain dine in restaurants.
