Parking and restaurant was great

Hotel and room were fantastic. Never any towels in the pool area, had to keep calling for some and hot tub seemed to have a lot of maintenance.

Great hotel. Comfy clean rooms. Parking isn’t great.

Lots of parking available. Would stay here again as it’s very easy to get to wherever you need to go in Regina.

Arrived to enquire about possible early check in. Was told it wasnt possible -we could check in at 330. Returned at 530 - told room was still not ready. No apology. No concern. Stayed 3 nights. On second day put refresh room on door. Didnt get any coffee, toilet paper, or kleenex. Pointed this out at check out and was offered a coupon for denny breakfast. Later realized it was only fir that day. Disappointing. Will nit be back

Rooms were excellent, lots of space. Front desk staff were not very helpful. Needed to extend my stay but would not give me the rate on Expedia and made me book through them. After they gave my friend the Expedia rate. Not very good customer service. Hotel was close to everything we needed. Parking lot was always full.

Fast and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. No problems parking. Having restaurant on site was great. Would stay again.

The staff was amazing, kind and empathetic. But the hotel needs a lot of love.

Well located hotel with good access to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great coffee in the lobby every morning! Parking was a bit challenging at times as the hotel shared a parking lot with 2 other restaurants. All in all a great stay and I would stay again.

Thanks for being so accomodating when I needed an additional two nights in another room!
