All good, for the price

Staffs were very helpful and approachable

Clean and very spacious room

I did not eat breakfast but my partner said it was your typical buffet breakfast. However the bed was as hard as a rock and the pillows were uncomfortable. They must have sprinkled some kind of cleaner on the carpets because the smell was so strong it was sickening and almost choking as we slept. My partners sense of smell has been distorted ever since he took his last Covid shot and even he was bothered by the smell of cleaner in the room. On a positive note the room was clean. The hotel is going through renovations but our room was quiet.

This last time it rained and there was water all over the floor. Hot tub needs a filter change. Beds a little worn out.

We did not stay there. When we got there the staff never told us the AC was not working till we had to find out after we when in room. Had to find a different hotel and pay more bc of that

Very clean room, friendly staff, great location.

It was an ok place to stay!

The suite we had was lovely. Convenient location to get around Edmonton easily. The sports team were loud one night, but I don't think you can get away from that in the summer. The biggest really only complaint was how slow, poor, intermittent the internet was. I had to switch to my own hotspot. Other than that, it was great! I really appreciate how dark the rooms got when the blackout blinds were closed.

The Hotel was quiet and comfy, although a little more dated than what I expected from the photos. Breakfast was good. The restaurant could have used some more variety, but there are lots of food options nearby. Certainly not a bad option for the price.

I like that the hotel offers complimentary coffee and water at the lobby. Coz most of the hotels that I stayed before there’s no such thing.

The bed was very hard especially when someone has back pain can be very uncomfortable. I noticed that the hotel is starting to wear, the carpets were stained and dirty but the hotel was clean in general.

We got room next to elevator, you can clearly hear sound of people in and out, we have to ask to fix light fixtures in washroom as it was dark. Fridge looks old and was not working properly Furniture looks old.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is aging a bit but was clean! Good location with free parking. Our room AC was not working very well, no bathroom fan, and the bed was okay. Overall good place to sleep for a night.

The bath tub drain was plug and drain really slowly
